We are very proud of our hard-working team here at CountyClean, and with countless achievements between them all, we feel that we need to give our excellent employees some well-deserved recognition!
Each month, we will be giving a shoutout to two staff members based on observations from our board of directors and general feedback from our lovely customers.
We are delighted to announce the recipients of our ‘Staff in the Spotlight’ recognition scheme for September 2021 as Val Lacey and Nathan Douch.
Val has volunteered for CountyClean since the company began in 2007, for which we are so grateful. Everybody in the office is kept well hydrated with her tea and coffee runs throughout the day. She also manages all the archiving of records, controls essential office stock and generally keeps the office ship-shape.
Val happily gives her time and helps with just about any task that any staff member throws her way, making her an integral part of the team, not to mention very well-liked!
Nathan joined CountyClean in the autumn of 2018 as a Pump Services Engineer with some prior experience in the field. At CountyClean, Nathan has completed and maintained various training courses such as Confined Space Entry. He also has an array of engineering and electrical qualifications and will soon embark on even more electrical training.
Nathan consistently shows initiative and always going the extra mile which was duly recognised and lead to his promotion to Pump Services Division Supervisor in November 2020. Nathan is very respected by colleagues and regularly receives positive praise from our customers and suppliers alike whilst successfully managing and training junior members of the Pump Services Division.
Congratulations to both Val and Nathan for all of their continued hard work and commitment to CountyClean!
If we have recently carried out a job for you and one of our members of staff deserves some recognition, we will be glad to hear your feedback!
Check back next month to see more ‘Staff in the Spotlight’.
