Please note that we operate 24/7/365, so most technically skilled roles have a Monday to Friday daytime routine with some additional overtime at weekends and night work required.

Business Development Executive (Full-Time) – Closing Date: 14th August 2020

Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for a new business development executive to join our successful and driven sales team. The role requires an adaptable and resourceful individual who is proactive, capable of establishing and developing a new client base and continuing the growth of our business in the London, Essex, Hampshire, Kent, Surrey and Sussex Territories.

You will be required to proactively seek new business opportunities, close sales and manage new customer relationships. Targeting a diverse market place you will be responsible for understanding their business requirements and tailoring a bespoke solution for them around our range of environmental services.

Qualities & Qualifications:

  • Proven background in new business sales/development
  • Clean driving license
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Strong literacy, presentation and communication skills
  • Independent and self-motivated

The successful candidate will be diligent, conscientious with attention to detail and an ambassador for the company promoting the CountyClean Group ethos at every opportunity.

Main Duties:

  • Be proactive in seeking out new business opportunities including cold calling (both face to face and via the telephone)
  • Establish and develop new clients in the London, Essex, Hampshire, Kent, Surrey and Sussex Territories
  • Provide ongoing support to newly found clients from both Commercial and Domestic markets
  • Work closely with other members of the sales and operations teams and report to the Commercial Director providing timely paperwork, RAMS and new customer account details
  • Work towards and exceed set sales targets
  • Provide targeted reports for the management team

Experienced Telesales Executive (Full-Time) – Closing Date: 14th August 2020

CountyClean Environmental Services is seeking a focused, driven and ambitious Telesales Executive to assist with developing our portfolio of services across targeted business sectors.

The suitable candidate will be making ‘cold calls’ from data provided introducing the services we offer and will generally support our sales division in completing the entire sales cycle.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • You will have experience of selling products/services dealing directly with existing and new clients, lead generating and appointment setting over the telephone
  • IT literate with excellent MS Office skills with the ability to provide reports
  • Team player and able to work on own initiative
  • Have a clear, strong and articulate voice with a good command of the English language, attention to detail, excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively with senior management up to board room level
  • You will preferably be locally based (within Eastbourne and the surrounding area)
  • Have excellent knowledge of the South East and the UK

  • Full-time Mon-Fri 9.00 am to 5.30 pm with 1 hour for lunch

Proposal/Tender Manager

The CountyClean Group is a major waste management solution provider in London and the South with an unparalleled level of service that is second to none. We have the ability to offer a fast, reactive, and complete portfolio of products and services to all major commercial and industry sectors

Due to our continued expansion, we are now looking for a Bid Manager to join our successful and driven commercial team. The role requires an adaptable and resourceful individual who can identify potential opportunities and produce high-quality prequalification and tender submissions.

Main Duties:

  • Managing online Tender portals ensuring all relevant company details are up-to-date.
  • Identifying opportunities on which to submit bids
  • Working alongside the commercial team to devise a successful strategy for winning a bid, including highlighting the key strengths of our organisation, understanding the specific requirements of the tender.
  • Researching, writing and checking proposals
  • Working with key members of the commercial team to obtain the information required to compile the bid.
  • Where necessary negotiating with specialist suppliers and/or subcontractors
  • Researching current and future market trends
  • Responding to queries before, during and after the bid has been submitted
  • if the bid is successful, briefing the teams who will carry out the project work.
