Mike is Managing Director and owner of CountyClean Group. Highly experienced and with an in-depth understanding of the industry, Mike has developed scores of successful client relationships throughout the domestic and industrial sectors and continues to work closely with high profile, blue-chip organisations.

Debbie is Director, Company Secretary and owner of CountyClean Group. With a wealth of business management experience, Debbie is equally responsible for overseeing the company’s award-winning success. She is key in ensuring the smooth running of the office and continuously strives to keep the team, customers and suppliers happy whilst raising company standards and maintaining quality assurance. Following a career in IT and Change Management, Debbie founded CountyClean Group with Mike in May 2007 and hasn’t looked back since!

Wayne joined CountyClean Group in June 2018 as Strategy and Development Director. Wayne has worked in the environmental and liquid waste industry for many years and is highly experienced in this sector. He has successfully developed companies using his knowledge and experience working closely with clients and blue chip companies. Wayne is responsible for the future growth and development of the group working closely with existing staff, customers and suppliers to achieve the company goals.

Wayne joined CountyClean Group in June 2018 as Strategy and Development Director. Wayne is responsible for the future growth and development of the group working closely with staff, customers and suppliers.

Trevor joined us in February 2011 and is Operations Director. He arrived with a wealth of knowledge on CCTV and Drainage works having worked in the industry for many years. He manages all contracts, planning, logistics and oversees all tankering and drainage works.

Donna joined us in January 2012 as Financial Controller and on 1st May 2018 was promoted to Financial Director. As a fully qualified accounting technician, she offers a vast knowledge of accounting procedures and manages all day to day financial functions reporting straight to the board of directors.

Louis started with us in June 2015 bringing with him a wealth of sales and business development experience. His Sales and Account management background has seen him successfully working with companies ranging from SME start-ups to Global IT providers and International Banks. His quick and enormous success meant from September 2017 he was promoted to the board and is now Commercial Director for the CountyClean Group.

Office Team

Gary started as Transport Manager in May 2016 after initially joining our company in March 2008. He has amassed extensive experience, knowledge and training in tankering, high pressure water jetting and drainage works, specialist spill response, excavation and remediation schemes. Also during this time he has led teams and managed many key spill projects. His responsibilities will now be for all transport, logistics and management of day to day operations.

Ben joined us in 2013 working as a CCTV and combination unit operative. Showing a passion to learn more, he moved to our Pump Services department carrying out pump station and sewage treatment plant servicing, repairs and installations. Following many years on the ground learning all operational aspects of the business, Ben became a key member of our sales team where he enjoyed advising customers and finding new clients to ensure the continued growth of the Group. In 2018, Ben was promoted to our Pump Services Divisional Manager overseeing and planning projects.

Ben joined us in 2013 as an operative and then a pump engineer. Following many years on the ground learning all operational aspects, Ben became our Pump Services Manager overseeing and planning projects.

Chris joined the company in July 2013 and is our Commercial Sales Manager. Chris studied Marine Biology and gained his Masters degree researching the effects of pollution. He brings with him experience within the industry and is responsible for managing the sales team, building new business and developing client relations.

Harry joined the sales team in July 2020 as a Business Development Executive. Having worked for CountyClean since 2016 on the operational side of the business, Harry has gained extensive knowledge and experience in the field of all aspects of CountyClean’s services. His understanding of the industry is second to none, making him a great attribute to the sales team.

Josh started with the CountyClean Group as a Business Development Executive in August 2020, bringing with him 3 years of technical sales experience. Josh has a background in B2B sales, previously selling electronics to the oil, gas, defence, motorsport and automation sectors. With a passion for sales and the desire to be challenged, Josh is a great attribute to the sales team.

Gaby joined the CountyClean Group in November 2018 as our Marketing Manager. She studied Marketing and Advertising Management at university and graduated in July 2018. She brings a great deal of knowledge to the company and is responsible for all aspects of marketing, including digital and traditional campaigns to support the businesses growth and raise brand awareness.

Jock started as Waste Recycling Depot Manager in July 2016 at our waste recycling centre in Felbridge, Surrey and has day to day responsibility for running and managing the plant and all that use the facility. Jock initially joined our company in December 2010 as a tanker driver gaining great experience and knowledge in liquid waste management and was an obvious candidate to run the facility as we actively seek to promote and develop staff from within.

Jock joined our company in December 2010 as a driver and then started as Waste Recycling Depot Manager in July 2016 at site in Surrey. Jock has day to day responsibility for running and managing the plant and all that use the facility.

Sandy joined the business in April 2010 as PA to the Directors. Sandy has over 30 years’ experience in business administration and customer services. She oversees the day to day running of the office and assists the management team deliver key contracts, aids in the running of all administration and is the first point of contact for all customers.

Ashlie joined the CountyClean Group in July 2016 after 8 years in banking and 12 years within a busy finance department where she achieved book keeping level 2 and computerised accounts with first class passes. Ashlie works in most accounts aspects and is first hand support to the Group Finance Director.

Tina joined the accounts team at the CountyClean Group in August 2017. Having worked in finance for 20 years and with achievements in Business, Finance and Customer Service is predominantly responsible for purchase ledger.  However, Tina has a wide all round knowledge of accounts and has quickly established herself as a strong member of the team.

Megan joined CountyClean Group in January 2020 as Office Administrator/Receptionist and is the first point of contact for all customers. With over 5 years’ experience in administration within the telehealth industry, Megan is now looking forward to a new challenge and developing her administration skills further with the business.

Holly joined the business in May 2019 after 5 years’ experience as a customer service and administrative assistant. Holly’s ability soon became apparent and she was approached to carry out a split role between an administrator and an accounts assistant. After quickly learning the ropes and showing herself to be a real asset to the accounts team, as of November 2019 Holly transferred over to the accounts department full time as an accounts assistant. Holly comes from a background of study in Conservation Biology and has a keen interest in the environment and is looking forward to building her career with the CountyClean Group.

Holly joined in May 2019 as an Administrator. She was soon approached to carry out a split role between admin and accounts. After showing herself to be an asset, Holly transferred over as an accounts assistant.
