We are very proud to announce that we have been awarded an accreditation from Alcumus SafeContractor for achieving excellence in health and safety in the workplace for a seventh consecutive year.
Alcumus SafeContractor is a leading third party accreditation scheme which recognises extremely rigorous standards in health and safety management amongst contractors. It is used by thousands of organisations in the UK including SMEs and FTSE 100 companies.
Employing around 50 people, CountyClean Group of companies are principally involved in the liquid waste management sector, delivering environmental support services across a variety of commercial and consumer industries, with a £5 million turnover. Our customers include major airports, construction firms and utilities organisations, as well as businesses throughout the South East and London including tourist attractions, heritage sites, government bodies and homeowners.
Our application for SafeContractor accreditation was driven by the need for a uniform standard across the business. SafeContractor accreditation will enhance our ability to win new contracts, and our commitment to safety will be viewed positively by our insurers when the company liability policy is up for renewal.
