Ipsum acquires CountyClean Group Ltd

CountyClean Group Ltd is pleased to announce that it has been acquired by specialist engineering services provider, Ipsum Group, marking an exciting new chapter in the company’s growth journey as it enters 2026.

The acquisition strengthens Ipsum Group’s Water portfolio while bringing CountyClean’s specialist liquid waste management expertise, including its Surrey-based waste treatment and recycling facility, into the wider group. As part of Ipsum, CountyClean customers will now benefit from access to a broader range of engineering, design, and consultancy services across Power, Controls & Automation, and Water, alongside the high-quality liquid management services they already rely on.

CountyClean Group Ltd was established in May 2007 by husband-and-wife team Mike and Debbie Walker and has grown into a leading provider of liquid management services across London and the South. The business delivers fast, reactive, and comprehensive solutions to both domestic and commercial customers, supported by more than 40 employees across three locations and a fleet of 23 commercial vehicles. CountyClean specialises in 24/7 liquid waste collection, treatment, and disposal services across a wide range of waste streams.

Ipsum Group is a leading provider of engineering services across the Power, Water, Infrastructure, and Telecoms sectors.
