We are very proud of our hard-working team here at CountyClean, and with countless achievements between them all, we feel that we need to give our excellent employees some well-deserved recognition!
Each month, we will be giving a shoutout to two members of staff based on observations from our board of directors and general feedback from our lovely customers.
We are delighted to announce the second recipients of our ‘Staff in the Spotlight’ recognition scheme as Jock Campbell and Michael Bentley!
Jock Campbell is the CountyClean Waste Recycling (CCWR) depot Manager in Felbridge, Surrey. He has day to day responsibility for running and managing the plant and all that use the facility which he has been operating professionally and smoothly since July 2016.
Jock initially joined the company in December 2010 as a tanker driver gaining great experience and knowledge in liquid waste management, he was an obvious candidate to run the facility as we actively seek to promote and develop staff from within. Jock is an unsung hero who is also loyal and extremely popular amongst all the staff and CCWR customers which has contributed to being selected this month.
Michael has only been with the Group for approximately a year and a half but hit the ground running as soon as he started. Having only an HGV license and no prior experience within the industry, Michael can now carry out every service that CountyClean has to offer including; Road Sweeping and Confined Space Entry.
Michael consistently receives positive customer feedback, has a strong can do attitude and work ethic. He is never shy of additional duties and going the extra mile for CountyClean Group.
If we have recently carried out a job for you and you feel one of our members of staff deserves some recognition, then we will be glad to hear your feedback!
