We are very proud of our hard-working team here at CountyClean, and with countless achievements between them all, we feel that we need to give our excellent employees some well-deserved recognition!
Each month, we will be giving a shoutout to two members of staff based on observations from our board of directors and general feedback from our lovely customers.
We are delighted to announce the recipients of our ‘Staff in the Spotlight’ recognition scheme for June 2021 as Chris Eades and Razvan Chis!
Chris joined the company in July 2013 and is our Commercial Sales Manager. Chris studied Marine Biology and gained his Master’s degree researching the effects of pollution. Chris has been selected for this month’s Staff Spotlight award for excellently demonstrating his skills in training and nurturing new members of the sales team, as well as for his continued hard work and diligence for all and any tenders.
In June, Chris also took on the challenge of sitting two exams. One of these being his Operator CPC training course which he managed to pass with flying colours!
The second exam was a WAMITAB Continuing Competence test which is taken every two years. Chris no doubt passed this test as well which proves we have technically competent staff with the knowledge and skills to ensure our Waste Recycling Facility in Lingfield, Surrey complies with Environmental Permitting Regulations. Chris has proved his loyalty to CountyClean over the years and is an all-around ‘nice guy’ and popular member of the entire team!
For our Operations side of the team, Razvan was selected this month for regularly starting work early and finishing late without complaint and for upholding high standards on the East Sussex County Council Leachate contract.
Razvan joined the company in February 2019 and is very well-liked amongst the team. He is an extremely hardworking member of staff with a very strong work ethic and the mentality to always get the job done.
If we have recently carried out a job for you and you feel one of our members of staff deserves some recognition then we will be glad to hear your feedback!
Check back next month to see more ‘Staff in the Spotlight’.
