We are very pleased to let all our customers know that during this unprecedented time, CountyClean Group remains open and is operating on a ‘business as usual’ basis, this includes our head office and Waste Recycling Facility.
We are doing everything we can to continue carrying out services for you, as and when required whilst working to government guidelines and regulations. We have robust systems in place and a great workforce who are confident that we can continue through this difficult period together.
We are helping to prevent the spread of Covid-19 by adhering to the two-metre social distancing recommendations, enforcing the regular washing of hands, use of hand gel and antibacterial wipes to clean down ‘high traffic areas’ and personal workspaces.
Sewerage and waste disposal sectors are within the list of ‘key services’ as set out by the Government. Our services are crucial in ensuring the collection and safe disposal of; sewage, oily water and hazardous wastes to keep up environmental health standards for both residential and commercial customers.
The continuation of our services and ongoing support provided to Highways England also ensures that road networks are kept open as well as allowing other critical services to operate as normal including; hospitals, local authorities and food processing plants.
The majority of our services do not require face-to-face contact or interaction, however, if you have any concerns then please do let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
